If you do not agree to all the terms of this membership agreement including our Privacy Policy, Playerscores.com will not allow you to become a member.

   • Members reserve the right to cancel their membership at any time. Voluntary participation is a condition of membership. If a member is not satisfied with his/her membership he may cancel it at anytime.

  • Each person can only sign up once, creating an account for him or herself, and may not establish an account on behalf of anyone else. Accounts cannot be transferred between people. We allow up to 4 accounts per household. An individual must be 13 years or older to become a member.

  • Members agree to comply with all local, state, province, country or regional legal restrictions that may be applicable to your membership in Playerscores.com

  • Members agree to comply with all Rules and Regulations of Playerscores.com.

  • Playerscores.com reserves the right and privilege, for any reason, to revoke any individual membership at any time without prior verbal or written notification.

  • Playerscores.com strictly prohibits its members and advertisers from sending unsolicited e-mails (or SPAM).

  • Members and Advertisers agree not to hold Playerscores.com liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any dealings or as the result of the content provided by merchants or advertisers through this service. By becoming a member of Playerscores.com and taking advantage of discounts and promotions directed to Playerscores.com members by our advertisers, members are authorizing our advertisers to contact them directly through the site's Direct E-Mail system.

  • Members found to be attempting to defraud the Playerscores.com website or its advertisers will have their membership status revoked, their account forfeited and will be criminally prosecuted to the fullest extent allowable by law.

  • Playerscores.com is not liable for any loss or damages caused by the disclosure of your password or username.

      Members expressly agree that the use of the Playerscores.com website ('the service') is at their sole risk. The service is provided on a 'as is' and 'when available' basis. Playerscores.com expressly disclaims all conditions and warranties of any kind, express or implied by law, custom or otherwise, including without limitation any warranty of advertiser ability, satisfactory quality, and fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Playerscores.com makes no warranty regarding any goods or services purchased or obtained through the service or any transactions entered into through the service.

     To the maximum extent allowed by law, Playerscores.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or relating to this membership agreement, resulting from the use or the inability to use the service or resulting from any goods or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through the service, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, use, data or other intangible, even if such party has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If you are dissatisfied with the Playerscores.com service or promotions available through the service, your sole and exclusive remedy is to cancel your membership in Playerscores.com.
